The PSME-SA and Friends Toastmasters Club conducted the first part of its annual speech contest in IPSA Al-Khobar on January 25, 2014 which consisted of the International Speech Contest and Table Topics Speech Contest. Speakers showed their prowess in delivering their speeches with the aim of coveting the championship trophy for each speech category. However the night belonged to TM Kenneth Alontaga as he clinched the championship trophies in both speech categories. To sum it all, it was an enjoyable night. All participants were already winners in their own category as they were able to meet the expectations as members of the Toastmasters Club.
Congratulations to all the winners and to the organizing committee for holding the contest successfully. Special thanks also to all the judges from the other Toastmasters Club for their efforts in helping the Club accomplish this annual speech contest.
The second part of the speech contest for the Humorous Speech Contest and Evaluation Speech Contest will be held in the same venue on February 1, 2014.
