Double Celebration

The night of November 8, 2012  was memorable for the PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club and the PICE-EPSA Toastmasters Club with the double celebration in the Multi-Function Hall of Al-Dossary Hospital in Al-Khobar. First, it celebrated the 10th Anniversary of the PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club and second, it was the Chartering Night of the newly formed  PICE-EPSA Toastmasters Club through the sponsorhip of the PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club.

The double event was attended by members of both Clubs. It was a night of reminiscing the achievements of the Club for the past 10 years and celebrating the birth of the new PICE-EPSA Toastmasters Club. Several guests like the Division F Governor, DTM Mukhta Nadkar and the Area 70 Governor, TM Brindha Subathran attended the event.  The Philippine Labor Attache of the POLO -Eastern Region, Honorable Adam Musa was the guest speaker.   The Division F Governor delivered her keynote address after the distribution of charter certificates to the officers and members of the new Club.

We're Back!!!

After the week-long holidays, it was back to normal again for the PSME-SA and Friends Toastmasters Club by holding its 379th meeting at IPSA Al-Khobar on October 31, 2012. TM Glen Pirote was the Toastmaster of the evening.

 

TM Lito Alpay delivered his 5th Advanced Communicator speech project. It was another fun-filled night specially in the Table Topics session with the thought provoking questions of the Table Topics master - TM Fred Escuadro.

 

The meeting ended with the serving of hot noodles soup of TM Ven Macatuggal !!!

 

 

 

 

 

PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club Suspends Meeting

In observance of the Eid Al-Adha celebrations, the PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club announces the suspension of its Weekly Meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.

Regular weekly meetings will resume on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

Meeting No. 378

It was another first........for the series of firsts to TM Eugene Nunez as he made his debut as Toastmaster of the evening during the PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club Meeting No. 378 in IPSA, Al-Khobar on October 17, 2012 with a theme "Quality Time".

 

The lone speaker of the evening was TM Carlito Alpay with his 4th speech project in the Advanced Communication Gold series.

 

However even with just one speech project speaker, the meeting was still full of fun as the Table Topics speeches proved to be a big hit to everybody.

 

With the climate gearing towards winter, we really miss the hot soup of TM Ven Macatuggal. Hopefully he can manage to attend the meeting next time..!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TM Raymund Guinabo Bids Goodbye!!!

Nothing is permanent in this world except change.!!

After four years of working in Saudi Arabia, TM Raymund Guinabo had finally decided to return to the Philippines - to be with his beloved family for good. With the improvement in economy in the Philippines, he will try his luck as an entrepreneur instead of being an OFW. Good decision indeed!!! He finally left Saudi Arabia last Monday night, 15th October 2012 on board Kuwait Airways!!

Night of Advanced Communication Speakers

Another Wednesday night.........and another Toastmasters Club session.!!!!

The PSME-SA & Friends Toastmasters Club held its 377th meeting in IPSA last October 10, 2012 with a theme " Deliver with Ease". TM Raymund Guinabo made his debut as Toastmaster of the evening.

It was another memorable night as 2 new members were inducted into the Club by TM Noy Pangilinan. It is a proof that more Filipinos are convinced on the benefits that the Toastmasters Club could give. TM Willy de Lara and TM Seth Duazo - welcome to the Club. Congratulations!!!

It was also a night of Advanced Communication speakers. TM Ransam Pirote deliverd his ACG speech project. Similarly TM Lito Alpay delivered his 2nd ACG speech project while TM Celso Costiniano delivered his 1st ACB speech project.
